We dispatch 99% of orders within 24 hours, but sometimes this can take longer, particularly at peak times.
As all our items are also available to purchase in store, something may go out of stock at anytime, and before we can update the website.
In most cases we will have more stock arriving within 72 hours meaning just a short delay.
But if we cannot fulfil an order, or part of an order, you will be automatically be refunded for any items we cannot provide.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders for customers with a history of reselling at inflated prices, and business sellers.
Items listed as 'Available to Order' are arriving to us in the next few days, so can now be purchased. Please allow extra time for these items to be dispatched.
Sale/Reduced Items - All our items are new, but sale items may have been previously displayed in our shop. This means some may have removed price labels, or superficial cosmetic outer box damage. By purchasing sale items you accept this may be the case.
Our items are only available to the UK mainland and NI.
We currently cannot supply to the Channel Islands.
Tracking details are provided once the order is sent so you can manage your delivery. You can follow your order, and make changes to the delivery, by visiting DPD.co.uk and entering your tracking number. You access this 24 hours a day.
If you are not going to be home during your delivery time slot, and do not reschedule before delivery, you accept that the parcel can be left at your property.
All parcels left at properties are the buyers responsibility, and we accept no liability once delivered.
